Fill in your details and tell us about the building. Attach your FISP report or a photo of the problem as a PDF, JPG or PNG, and we will look it over before we reply.

What Helps Us Price Your Repairs Faster

The quickest quotes start with the inspection report. If your QEWI has filed a FISP report, send the pages that list SWARMP or Unsafe conditions, along with the inspector’s photos and repair notes. They show which elevations, floors and building parts need work, and often which repair the inspector expects.

No report yet? Photos still help. Send pictures of cracked brick, loose stone, rusted lintels or a damaged fire escape, and tell us roughly how tall the building is and which walls face the street. If there is an open DOB violation or a filing deadline, mention it so we can plan around the date. Not sure what your ratings mean? Our FISP repairs page explains each one.

What Happens After You Contact Us

From your first message to a start date, this is how a request moves.

    Your Request Is Reviewed

We read your report or photos and reply the same day during office hours, asking for anything we still need.

    Site Visit and Survey

Where photos are not enough, we visit the building to measure, check access and see the conditions up close.

    A Written Proposal

You get a scope of work tied to the items on your report, with the repair method for each one.

    Permits and a Start Date

Once you approve, we file the DOB permits and set a schedule around your deadline and your residents.

    Questions Before You Reach Out

Requests that reach us between 8 AM and 6 PM get a reply the same day. Messages sent outside those hours are answered once the office opens.

Your FISP report if you have one, photos of the problem areas, and a short note about the building and any deadline or open violation. The form takes one PDF, JPG or PNG file, so if you have more, say so in your message and we will ask for the rest when we reply.

No. Many owners reach out after spotting falling debris, a cracked lintel or a rusted fire escape, before any inspection is due. Photos and a description are enough to start, and we can explain how the repairs fit with your next Local Law 11 filing.

Yes. If your report lists an Unsafe condition or something is loose over the sidewalk, say so in your message or call us directly. We carry out make-safe work by rope access or a small rig to remove the immediate hazard while the permanent repair is planned.

Yes. We price the work against your QEWI's report, follow an engineer's design where the repair calls for one, and send dated photos of the finished work so your inspector can close out each condition.

Yes. We file the DOB permits our work needs, and in occupied buildings we also prepare the Tenant Protection Plan and the resident notices.
